How does it work?
Goods or documents can be collected from your door anywhere in the UK; Guaranteed. Your goods are then brought back to our warehouse where they are packed to perfection. All customer goods are handled with due care and attension. The packed goods are then taken straight to the airport from where they are flown to the desired destinations. Once the goods have arrived, our offices around the world will make sure that the goods are cleared and delivered safely to the consignee's doorstep. The most important feature to remember in the courier service is that you do not have to pay any import duty/taxes for normal personal goods unless they are of vey high value or purely commercial goods for sale.
How long does it take?
The Time for your goods to reach your destination will depend on what type of service that you are looking for. The maximum time taken is usually 4 to 5 days. Urgent documents and goods can be sent on the next day delivery basis if needs be. Goods that are being delivered or collected within the United Kingdom are Usually on a same day basis.
Are my goods insured?
Yes, your goods are ensured under BIFA conditions. Although we do advise that any goods that are of high value be insured separately to resolve any possible complications.
